As a gym that cares deeply about our members, we offer regular goal reviews every 3 to 4 months to ensure they are on track and thriving. Whether it’s a setback at work, a personal crisis, or just feeling overwhelmed, our emergency goal reviews provide a safe space for clients to share their struggles and receive guidance, motivation, and support. It’s our commitment to helping our clients navigate through tough times and help them figure out what is in their best interest.

We value our clients’ time and understand that busy schedules can be a barrier to consistent goal reviews. That’s why our goal reviews are designed to be efficient, taking at most 20 minutes on average. We offer flexible options for in-person or virtual goal reviews, ensuring that our clients can easily fit them into their busy lives. Our coaches use a structured approach, focusing on clients’ goals, progress, and action plans to help them stay on track and motivated.
