Over the past few months, we have been working hard behind the scenes to develop and test a new level-based programming system that we are going to be rolling out to everyone after this week! So what does this mean for your workouts? Each workout will have 3 different levels: Functional, Performance, and Sport. We'll be elaborating more on each level and how to establish your Athlete ID starting next week!
