Rowing Seminar on Saturday November 4th, 2017

Do you fear any workout involving the rowing machine? Do you see people on the machine and wonder how they are able to look so smooth and deliberate? This seminar is for you!

Rowing is a great low-impact, high intensity exercise that is appropriate for collegiate athletes and seniors alike. Rowing will fire up your legs, core, and arms. This will build Strength, Coordination, Stamina, Power, and Speed. Rowing workouts will work you heart and lungs to improve cardiovascular respiration and burn fat!

In a previous life Coach Josh used to row for the Cornell University Men’s Lightweight Rowing Team. As a member of the 8-person crew, Josh and his team went undefeated in 2009 ultimately winning the Eastern Sprints National Championship title, narrowly edging out the only other undefeated crew that year, the US Naval Academy.

In this 90 minute Rowing Seminar, Coach Josh will break down the rowing technique like you have never seen it before. You will get first-hand experience with technique drills and rowing pieces that you can begin to incorporate into your daily workouts.

If you are bored with your typical treadmill workout and looking to incorporate some variation to your cardio and conditioning, then this seminar is your first step!
