Yep so this happened. Last Friday I attempted the rope climb for the first time ever! And i almost made it to the top! I might have a nasty rope burn on my ankle from the "Spanish twist". And bruising on my inner thighs. But I did something i never thought I would've been able to do! At least not this soon into working out. Don't let your mind get in the way and tell you you can't do something when you can.
